James joined Fiducia in 2019 with a view to developing business from a number of key broking partners. He is known as a hard working, highly motivated underwriter and producer with extensive underwriting and market knowledge who is well respected amongst peers and brokers.

Prior to joining Fiducia, James held roles at Munich RE and was Head of Marine at Arch and a Senior Marine Underwriter at Advent Syndicate.
